Korea Casino Coupon (koreacasinocoupon.com) is a free visitor guide to Korea's casinos for international travellers. Korea has 18 licensed casinos, and every one except Kangwon Land admits foreign passport holders only. This site covers 10 of them in Seoul, Incheon, Busan, Jeju and Gangwon, most of them inside hotels and resorts such as Grand Walkerhill Seoul, Paradise City on Yeongjong Island near Incheon International Airport, and Jeju Dream Tower. Each casino page gives the address, opening hours, airport distance and entry rules, and there are 6 free coupons that you show on your phone together with your passport. There is nothing to sign up for.
In Korean law, the casino business is one of the tourism business types listed in the Tourism Promotion Act, alongside travel agencies, tourist hotels and theme parks. On land, a casino permit is granted only for a casino inside a top-grade tourist hotel or an international convention facility, in a region with an international airport or ferry terminal or in a tourism zone (Article 21), which is why the casinos on this site sit inside hotels, resorts and convention complexes. The same Act bars operators from admitting anyone under 19 and Korean nationals other than registered overseas emigrants. Kangwon Land at High1 Resort is the exception: under its own rules it also admits Korean nationals, who pay an admission tax.
Seoul has three casinos in different districts; Incheon's two are the closest on this site to Incheon International Airport; Busan's two are on the Haeundae beachfront and in the Lotte Hotel in Busanjin-gu; Jeju's two are on Noyeon-ro in Jeju City; and Kangwon Land is part of a mountain resort in Jeongseon.
