Rules that apply to every visit
Whichever guide you read, three rules stay the same: bring your original passport, be 19 or older, and remember that casinos may not admit Korean nationals other than registered overseas emigrants (Tourism Promotion Act, Article 28). Kangwon Land, which admits Korean nationals, publishes its own entry rules, including an admission tax for Korean visitors from which foreign visitors are exempt.
